Our Methodology
Our customers liaise with their own Account Manager who identifies their business challenges and outcomes. A Solutions Specialist develops the right solution using our Joint Discovery Process™ then manages the project to ensure it is delivered on time and on budget. Our Engineers deploy the solutions. Projects run smoothly because all equipment is configured and thoroughly checked in our Interoperability Lab prior to it being installed on the customer site. Our Financial Specialists help find the most effective means to fund the project.
Our People
Our people are experts in both voice and data. We do not hire technicians – only tertiary qualified engineers. To hone their skills and knowledge, our engineers are in training one week in eight – the highest in the industry. We don’t take on a product range without committing to the training.
