That's why we interview you at the completion of a project or every three months for services to ensure your complete satisfaction. We are so confident that we will be able to meet or exceed your expectations that we offer the following guarantees: Project Satisfaction GuaranteeWe are committed to the quality of what we deliver. That’s why you don’t pay the balance of the project until it works. If however you are still not satisfied, you may return hardware supplied by Generation-e within seven days of the date of completion of installation for a full refund, excluding items that cannot be recovered such as cabling. You may also return software for refund only if the sealed package containing the diskette(s) or CD(s) is unopened and intact. Returned products must be received by Generation-e in as-new condition, including all of the manuals, diskette(s), CD(s), power cables, and any other items included with the product when it was installed must also be returned with it. Once we receive the items and verify they meet these guidelines we will refund the amount or provide a credit note. If you require us to remove the hardware from your site or computers, we will do so at a billable rate. Services Satisfaction GuaranteeWe guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with the services work we perform. If you're not satisfied, at your request we will waive some or all of our service fees for the relevant piece of work.
