About the room

Generation-e’s video conferencing room is designed to optimise communication to the point where you actually forget you are speaking to a screen!  Camera angles, wall colours and light control create the perfect environment.

  • Room capacity: 8-10 staff
  • Room configuration: Formal table panel or relaxed armchairs
  • Equipment: Tandberg High Definition
  • Video bridging: Up to 3 remote sites (included in price). Bridging for up to 48 sites is also available.
  • Connections: Calls can be made and received via IP

Generation-e provides onsite support from room set-up to call connections.  Our staff is also on hand if you need assistance at any time.

Cost:

  • Business hours weekdays 8am-6pm:  A$275.00 per hour inc. GST
  • Shoulder hours weekdays 6am-8am & 6pm-9pm:  A$390.00 per hour inc. GST
  • After hours weekends/public holidays & 9pm-6am weekdays:  A$520 per hour inc. GST

Conditions:

Rooms can be hired in 2 hour blocks, with 24 hours notification. After hours bookings must be booked with a minimum of 4 hours. Applies to Melbourne and Brisbane Experiences.

Testing
A test is required for all bookings. The cost of the test is included in the booking.  Should the test fail, support is charged at $50 per 15 minutes to get the service working correctly.  We will contact you in advance of further work to ensure you want to proceed.

Cancellation Fees Apply
Payment: is required prior to using our Video Conferencing Facilities
Less than 24 hours written notice: 100% room hire, plus any third party costs
24-48 hours written notice: 50% room hire, plus any third party costs
More than 48 hours written notice: no charge
