The Generation-e Monitoring Service (GEMS) is a fully automated reporting tool that monitors critical components of your IT infrastructure in 15-minute intervals.  It checks servers, applications, network, firewalls, WAN links.

Our monitoring commonly detects problems such as:

• Servers- impending failure or low disc space
• Firewalls- potential security breaches
• Routers- irregular activity, performance irregularity

Once we detect that a failure or a problem is about to occur, we investigate and actively take preventative measures to ensure business continuity. We then raise a case informing you that it requires your attention and what costs are involved in rectifying it.
