How it works
- We commence the project once you approve our proposal and scope of works. Project services are outlined separately at a fixed implementation cost.
- A Project Lead Engineer (PLE) is assigned to your project.
- A Detailed Design is documented, agreed on and signed before we commence work.
- A Discovery Workshop is conducted with our respective teams.
- All equipment is delivered to our Staging Centre to be checked for Dead on Arrival. It is then preconfigured, and uploaded with the required configuration for testing. The equipment is then repacked and shipped to site.
- Installation and commissioning takes place on your site.
- The new system is cutover.
- We train users to ensure you are well-versed in system operation, before final acceptance is confirmed.
- A Project Completion Review is conducted to ensure you are completely satisfied. This is backed by our total satisfaction policy. We follow up with a customer satisfaction survey a few weeks later.
Standard vendor maintenance comes with your project however we add maintenance upgrades in our proposal. After the project is commissioned, we maintain your system through our Generation-e support service. A range of support services is available.
