The Unified Communications Centre of Excellence (UCCoE) is the pinnacle of expertise in Asia Pacific surrounding Microsoft Lync Enterprise Voice.  As part of Generation-e’s on-going efforts to be a leader and innovator in the Microsoft Unified Communications space, we have invested over $500,000 to date in the UCCoE.

Generation-e is committed to insuring the deepest level of knowledge and constantly invests in training around the entire Microsoft Lync ecosystem of products.  We are interested in more than just bringing you products. Our strong focus on technology allows us to create value for our customers by ensuring they purchase the right solution for their current and future application needs.

This state-of-the-art capability provides a unique venue for Generation-e to educate, demonstrate and evaluate technology for our customers and with our vendor partners.

UCCoE incorporates the latest Unified Communications technology as part of the Microsoft Lync ecosystem.  UCCoE is staffed by the industry’s most highly trained and experienced professionals.

Educate – As technology evolves, customers are challenged with making the right product decisions to meet their continually changing organizational requirements. Generation-e’s heritage in voice and its long-standing relationships with supplier partners provide a wealth of knowledge that we can deliver to our customers. UCCoE gives Generation-e a forum to share our acquired industry knowledge with our customers and our vendors in a constructive format.

Demonstrate – UCCoE’s flexible infrastructure layout and design allows us to demonstrate a myriad of product solutions in an environment that can be modelled to simulate a customer’s specific application or a worst-case installation scenario.

Evaluate – Generation-e’s philosophy is to ensure that the products we provide to our customers meet our rigorous quality standards.  Before we will start to sell a solution, it must pass through UCCoE for approval.  Then UCCoE is used to train our staff so we are fully ready to install then support the product.

Support – UCCoE is key to us replicating complex support issues and scenarios so we can fix them properly.  Generation-e uses UCCoE as a key part of our Microsoft Premier Support for Lync accreditation ensuring our customers get problems resolved fast.
