We require another experienced AV Project Manager to join our growing team. Due to company growth, we are currently recruiting for another Project Manager to deliver quality projects. The position requires a combination of technical knowledge, reporting, and client relationship skills.

You will ideally be experienced with AV project delivery with a strong track record of success delivering high-end commercial and government integrated AV systems. You will need an excellent understanding of AV projects in a modern business context and how these integrate to create solutions that improve business performance. A minimum of 4+ years of project management experience in AV / IT Technology or Electrical projects on commercial construction sites is essential.


  • Demonstrable experience in technology and AV Project Management
  • Experience managing mid to large scale projects on both commercial construction and client managed sites
  • Understanding of construction industry coordination requirements
  • Strong understanding of AV installation best practices
  • Interpreting and understanding supplied AV designs
  • Maintain an understanding of AV and IT principles
  • Co-ordination and scheduling of daily activities with field technicians and sub-contractors
  • Preparation and submission of all variations to the specified contract
  • Ability to work under pressure and at all client levels
  • Independent work ethic to be able to work without close supervision
  • Ability to work within a team with a positive attitude and to lead by example
  • Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to drive Project delivery, implementation teams and Design Consultants
  • Change, risk & issue management
  • Attending internal and external project meetings and management of action items arising from these meetings
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Presentation of project reports
  • Comprehensive customer relations with the ability to relay highly technical information to any level of customer; coupled with an ability to grow and represent the brand whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Be Sydney or Canberra based but be happy to travel as the role requires on projects with occasional interstate travel.
